Summary

Aim

The present study was undertaken to assess the impact of heroin seizures (i.e. supply-side law enforcement) on the price, purity and availability of heroin. And also to assess the impact of street-level police activity (i.e. demand-side law enforcement) on the rate of admission for methadone treatment and on the street-level price of heroin.
