Summary

Abstract

This bulletin contains information on elderly offenders appearing in NSW Courts of Petty Sessions and was instigated by an enquiry from the NSW Council of the Ageing who felt that a disproportionate percentage of elderly offenders were appearing in court for shoplifting offences.
